The day’s session featured two reports via Zoom from Rome.
Sr. Maria Jerly Renacia, SSpS, Mission Treasurer, emphasized the importance of sustainable local projects, urging leaders to respond with courage and care to the realities of their mission contexts and to lead with hope for the future.
Sr. Gretta Fernandes, SSpS, Mission Secretary, spoke on the theme “Missio Dei – Healing Wounds,” highlighting areas of global suffering and the healing presence of SSpS. She named advocacy, development, peacebuilding, and environmental care as key mission priorities and invited a deeper conversion of heart in how we live and share the Gospel.
