The second day of Sr. Adriana Milmanda’s session continued the powerful reflection on Interculturality within the Congregation.
She addressed the challenges of stereotypes, prejudices, and discrimination that can affect community life and mission, calling attention to the role of leadership in navigating both internal and external forces that influence intercultural dynamics.
Sr. Adriana also shared the work of the Resource Committee for Interculturality (RCI), especially in fostering formation and spirituality rooted in intercultural living.
The day ended with a vibrant Cultural Night, where participants celebrated their countries through creative dances, songs, storytelling, and other artistic expressions — a joyful display of the beauty and richness of diversity in mission.
It was a day of deep reflection and colourful celebration — growing together as one intercultural, missionary family.
